Seasonal Slumping Mold - Gingerbread Man Ornament!

Casting a glass frit Gingerbread Man shape in this ornament sized ceramic mold makes for fast and fun fusing.  Get creative with your colors of frits, give them as Christmas glass creations or tie them to the top of your gift. Place a hi temp wire into the top of your gingerbread man and give yourself more options for using him to hang or tie them for decorations. 

Want to give them some pizazz? Throw in some clear iridized frit or sprinkle in a layer or Mica Powder before filling the mold. Add polka pebbles for his button or eyes.

4" H x 3" W x 0.50" Deep (10.16 x 7.62 x 1.27 cm)

Casted Gingerbread Man Final Fused Dimensions:

3" H x 2.5" W x 0.23" Deep (7.62 x 10.16 x 7.62 x .6 cm)

USE:

1. We suggest elevating your mold at least a 1/2 inch off of the shelf for even heat distribution.
2. Smooth the mold surface with fine sandpaper so it accepts kiln wash uniformly.

TIP: Consider placing a piece of kiln shelf paper under your mold as extra protection

Try Primo Primer #41515 and applying it with a Haik Brush # 41601 
And using Ceramic Mold Cleaning Brush ##41600 to remove spent primer after you are done firing.
