Murrini-Geometric Multi-Color Rainbow Triangles Fusible COE96 in a 1.5 oz size.

We are proud to offer Our own Go Fusing COE96 Murrini-Geometric design, our Coloritz tm , as a "Limited Release" System 96 Compatible glass formed into colorful triangles ranging from solid colors to a rainbow of colors displayed across the three sides. (Most people call it Murrini but the correct spelling is Murrine). The center of each in lined in white enamel and then stuffed full of color, usually in glass that is color coordinated with the outer color. The outside is coated in a clear to intensify the colors and make each piece of the Murrini assortment pop and intensify the color. 

Each triangle is a combination of flameworking and fusing, making each piece a mini piece of artwork. When fired exposing the slided murrinit centers, the colors will mature to their full color and the outer edges of clear will allow the base glass color to be seen.  So go crazy with your base glass using color to show thru and frame each piece.  When a pieces if fired on it side then that will be the primary color to display.

The dimensions and patterns are a mix of colors and sizes but the triangles can be placed against each other to fire as a solid piece.  If you space the triangles, you can fill any gaps with powdered frit or enamel paints. Colors included may also vary by package and include yellow, red, white, black, blue and green.

We are calling the geometric triangular shape a Murrine because it is a slice of cane and each cane is a cross-sectional pattern preserved in each slice. Millefiori would be more of a flower design.
