This versatile Glass Draping Bowl can be hold a 6 or 8 inch glass circle

Drape you glass over this bowl mold and end up with your fused glass resembling a blown glass bowl as an abstract free form glass shape.

Mold Overall Dimensions: 7 1/2 inch (180mm) diameter by 3 inches (76.2mm) High

Always coat your mold with kiln shelf primer but to insure an easy release of the glass from the mold, cut a large circle of shelf paper and centered it on the mold.  Then drape the glass over the thin fire shelf paper to insure the mold will easily release the slumped glass.

This ceramic mold is easy to use and good for countless firings but you should always elevate the mold for proper air circulation. The smooth surface, accepts kiln wash uniformly, and will not crack under repeated usage when handled properly. Individual molds may have slight variations in dimensions as shown. Always elevate molds with kiln posts for good circulation.

TIP: Mold should always be elevated on kiln posts for proper air circulation.
