COE96 Oceanside Compatible Glass Frit Aventurine Blue Medium

This dark blue sparkling glass frit is a COE96 fusible that is called a transparent but it does not allow light to shine thru.  You can mix other transparent colors to give it a different hue of color but it will give you more of an opal stone mixed color look allowing small glimmers of light thru. Most glass frit is made from recycled glass that is formulated to fuse with other COE96 glass frit colors. The manufacturing process of creating quality frit comes from the uneven edges cut off of the fusible glass sheets.  These odds and evens glass cuts are recycled by crushing them down into fusible frit. The crushed glass hoppers shakes, sifts and sorts the glass into a variety of glass grain consistencies ranging from fine to course.
