COE96 Glass Frit - Amber Medium - Fine or Powder Transparent

Dark Amber is the darkest shade of the three Amber glass frits made.  It reminds you of Root Beer. This is a shade that is perfect for Tree Bark or Christmas Gingerbread men fused glass designs.  

Tip: to create a true Gingerbread look, consider a Terracotta glass base and then a thin layer of the Dark Amber Fine or Powder Frit will add dimension and the transparent will add a depth to the base glass while adding that darker brown to the more terracotta.  If you use Fine Frit consider doing a high temp tack fuse to add a bit of texture to the surface versus a full fuse for the glass layers.

Tip 2: If you plan on Casting your frit, then Medium grain is recommended.  Fine is best for Tack Fusing to create some texture.  Dark Amber is the perfect compliment to other warm tones and shading in your fused glass designs.
