The deep red Ribbons combined with Garland are a traditional Christmas holiday tradition.  Garlands were brought to America from Europe representing the festivity of the season.  They certainly can fill empty spaces and add color where needed.  Originally garland was symbolic of representing infinite love, like that of Jesus because the garlands were shape in a more circular shape.  In Hawaii the leis is a form of Garlands but worn around the neck or hung.

Recommendations: Apply as a surface decal and tac fuse to glass to protect the deep red tones and do not cap with glass.  For ceramic waterslide applications, use as is.
