COE96 Oceanside Coarse Glass Frit System 96®

Oceanside Compatible COE 96 is also known as System 96®, originally made by Uroboros or Spectrum Glass. There are five frit grain sizes and Coarse is on the larger size with pieces (2.5mm to 7.6mm). Coarse frit can be used with other grain sizes like: Medium, Fine or Powder.

Fusible Glass Frit is made from cuts of the fusible sheets of Oceanside Compatible glass. The edge cuts are crushed, screened, and then packaged based upon the size of the grain. The Coarse glass frit comes in almost ever solid color that is made for Opal and Transparent.

Frit is considered an accessory glass components used in fused glass. It can provide endless options to create effects or depth by layering shard any fused glass design. Coarse glass frit is often fired as individual pieces to create glass pebbles or combined with other colors of coarse frit and fired in a kiln to create fused glass mosaic art.
